PSE has renewed terms with Newport Waterfront Events (NWE), part of Newport Harbor Corporation, based in beautiful Newport, RI. PSE will continue to handle sponsorship sales for the quintessential New England harbor town community, known as “the City by the Sea.” NWE produces a myriad of special events throughout the year from the local popular Chowder Fest to the Sunset Music Concert Series to the well-established Newport International Boat Show, and much more. Successful in year one of the partnership, PSE will work to renew existing sponsorships as well as build up the corporate sponsorship portfolio across all NWE’s events.
PSE has agreed to terms with two more corporate partners for the SuperFit Championships. The New Jersey Army National Guard and Timex have agreed to sponsorship programs with the premier fitness series scheduled for April 6th through May 11th 2013 with the championship held June 22nd 2013 on the beach at Jenkinson’s at the Jersey Shore. The New Jersey Army National Guard will receive exclusivity as the official military service of the fitness competition and will receive a host of traditional marketing benefits including but not limited to internet, promotions, product placement, on-site displays, signage and lead generation. As part of its program, Timex will also provide special shock resistant durable watches for winners in various categories.
PSE has been retained by Recovery Pump LLC. to handle all of its team sales and promotions geared to the professional sports leagues & teams and college athletics platforms. PSE will execute a comprehensive sales campaign that extends nationwide. Additionally, PSE will execute on-site exhibiting for the premier athlete recovery product at select trade shows.
PSE has signed sponsorship terms with CytoSport Inc. and their recovery drink, Muscle Milk, on behalf of its client, the Aquaphor New York City Triathlon. Muscle Milk will remain the official recovery drink for the world class race for 2013 & 2014. Muscle Milk will activate its partnership with the Recovery Station at the Jet Blue Finish Line Festival. Muscle Milk will also receive category exclusivity, promotional opportunities and grassroots extensions, branding, database marketing and a host of other marketing benefits.
PSE has signed terms with Qdoba Mexican Grill to continue with its sponsorship of the Aquaphor New York City Triathlon in 2013. Qdoba Mexican Grill will continue to receive display space, Internet exposure, database marketing opportunities, and promotional opportunities as part of its partnership. However, new to 2013, Qdoba will receive naming rights to the customized “Chip & Dip” area at the 2-day expo. Competitors will be asked to scan their timing chip at the designated “Qdoba Chip & Dip” location and Qdoba will be featured at the location through various means including but not limited to sampling and literature dissemination.
For the seventh consecutive year, PSE has agreed to sponsorship terms with Janus Funds on behalf of its client the Aquaphor New York City Triathlon. As part of the integrated program, Janus Funds will continue as the title partner to the 7th Annual Janus Peak Performance Challenge (JPPC), a race-within-a-race targeted to financial advisors. Janus Funds will remain as the Official Asset Manager of the race and will receive category exclusivity, branding, Internet, television advertising and various promotional opportunities. Janus Funds will maintain an increased VIP area footprint within the Jet Blue Finish Line Festival in Central Park to accommodate the increasing number of participants in the Janus PPC and will also continue to provide its ever-popular post-race Janus-branded "pedicab" service to the triathletes as activation.
PSE has agreed to terms with Phase III Recovery, for a sponsorship of the 2013 SuperFit Championships. Manufactured by Attitude Drink Company, Phase III Recovery will become the official recovery drink for the fitness competitions. As part of its package, Phase III Recovery will also receive branding, Internet messaging, promotions, and on-site displays. Phase III Recovery also plans to activate the program around CrossFit gym affiliates and through a public relations initiative.
PSE has agreed to sponsorship terms with Tri-Cycle Rentals on behalf of its client, the Aquaphor New York City Triathlon. As part of the program, Tri-Cycle Rentals will be the official triathlon bike rental for the world class race scheduled for July 14th 2013. Tri-Cycle Rentals will receive strategic web site messaging and visibility, database marketing, promotional opportunities and on-site displays as part of the package.
PSE has agreed to terms with two more corporate partners for the inaugural 2013 SuperFit Championships held in New Jersey. North Jersey Orthopedic Group and Nirvana Natural Spring Water will become the official orthopedic group and water, respectively, for the premier fitness competitions. Each partner will receive major Internet visibility as well as on-site exposure, category exclusivity, social media exposure and various promotional opportunities as part of their sponsorships.
